Kedaar Sridhar
Kedaar is a third-year Computer Science major with a minor in Digital Humanities. He is interested in the connection between finance, business and technology and is looking to pursue an interdisciplinary career in these fields. He is also passionate about technology and education and likes to volunteer at various high schools around LA to teach students coding. During his free time, Kedaar enjoys playing racquet sports, hiking, programming and exploring new places in and around LA.

Josh Vendrow
Josh is a third-year computer science major double minoring in mathematics and philosophy. After graduating, Josh plans to pursue a Ph.D within the field of statistical machine learning. Josh is currently performing research on the applications of machine learning methods to patient data under the guidance of UCLA’s Computational Applied Math department, and is the tutoring chair and social chair of Tau Beta Pi, UCLA’s engineering honors society. In his free time, Josh works out, plays chess, and reads.

Cole Hume
Cole is a third-year philosophy major, specializing in computer science. He is passionate about AI and tackling the diverse ethical questions it raises. He intends to work in the AI field when he joins Boston Consulting Group (BCG) this summer. During his free time, Cole likes to read, run, make music, and explore nature.

Austin Wuthrich
Austin is a second-year Cognitive Science major that is interested in human-computer problem-solving capacities. In his free time, he enjoys running, reading, and cooking. AIRES excites him because it’s an opportunity to discuss the latest in AI with intellectually-curious peers.

Brian Burrous
Brian is a fourth-year mechanical engineering student from the Bay Area. He’s fascinated by how AI tools can be used to disrupt search and support human interaction with data and information. He enjoys rock climbing, running, and listening to podcasts.

MARKETING DIRECTOR
Jake Ekoniak
Jake is a second-year computer science/linguistics student from the Bay Area. He is interested in math, language, and system design. He enjoys biking, reading, cooking, and rock climbing. He is especially interested in the use of labor organizations and nonprofits as tools to regulate AI when legislation falls behind.

OUTREACH DIRECTOR
Rohan Jain
Rohan is a computer science student from Vancouver, WA, passionate about robotics and cognitive science. In particular, he is fascinated by the concept of artificial general intelligence and the potential for creating sentient AI systems that think and act independently. Rohan hopes to further explore AI's ability to tackle complex and previously impossible challenges.
